Opening ~ Saturday, September 1

Well, it has been a CraZy week to say the least but, I wanted to post an update on how the shop is coming along and some exciting news. When I decided to open Inspirations of Old I never could have imagined what God had in store.  So much has happened in the last three weeks.  God has opened so many doors and I have met some of the most wonderful people. I can say this venture is most certainly a gift from God.  I started writing a journal dating back from when I was laid off in October of 2010.  There is absolutely No Doubt in my mind God answered my prayers to lead me on His path for my life.  One day I will share my testimony with you.  But, for now I will just say, I know without a doubt I am right in the middle of His plan for my life and there is no better feeling than that!

So, to update you on our progress...

Our original opening date was to be August 15th.  However, last week a funny thing happened, I had the opportunity to purchase an entire Antique Shop which is about an hour and a half away.  So, we are in the process of packing and hauling everything to our location in Collinsville. I also realized it would probably not be good timing to open right when school was starting.  Inspirations of Old will open Saturday, September 1.

I want to share some of the wonderful things coming to Inspirations of Old.  Here is a sample of a few of our new Vendors.

Julaine's
Beautiful Hand Painted and Re~Loved items.

There is also wonderful antique finds rolling in daily.

The shop is filling up and I can't wait to get everything moved so I can dig in and get decorating!!  I want to thank everyone again for all of their support and patience!
