FEATURES OF INSPIRATIONS OF OLD

Located in historic downtown Collinsville, OK and in the heart of Main Street! We are located on the corner with parking available in front and side of building.  Also, we will be open 6 days a week.  Collinsville has grown immensely and there are many wonderful establishments on Main Street for our customers to visit.  

We have 3,100 square feet of retail space  We will have space for over 40 individual merchants to  showcase their antique finds, creative skills, decorative accessories, furniture, art and gifts – regardless of your budget! Vendor selection is discretionary and we diligently search out vendors who's merchandise compliments the level of merchandise and creativity of our existing vendors. 

Aggressive Advertising through our Facebook, Twitter and Website as well as other social and local networking will remain a priority at Inspirations of Old.  Each vendors items will be showcased regularly in window displays and pictures will be posted on a regular basis on our Facebook and website.  As well, all individual vendor information will be listed on our website.

SPACES

Spaces are arranged to resemble room settings and are to be furnished, accessorized and merchandised featuring interior design ideas by the vendor. All spaces are priced at $2.50 per square foot monthly with a lease of one (1) year or $3.00 with a six month contract per month. *Minimum square foot of 5’ x 10’

All vendors are required to spend a minimum of one day per month in the store to clean and reorganize your space. The more time you spend in your space the higher your sales will be.

WALLS

Wall space is ideal for prints, paintings, mirrors, sconces and other small items. Shelving may be attached for display. Merchandise and display is limited to 12” depth. Wall space is leased at $1.50 per square foot with a minimum lease of 6 months and a minimum square foot of 4’.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A deposit of one month's rent is required to secure a studio or a wall space, in addition to first month's rent. No refunds will be issued once deposit is received and reserved for the space. 

*Each vendor is responsible for personal insurance coverage on their items.

MONTHLY RENTAL

Rent commences as of the effective date of the lease or the date of occupancy, whichever occurs first. Should occupancy occur earlier than the effective date of the lease, a prorated amount will be calculated from the date of move-in. Monthly Rent is due at the first of each month. It is the vendors responsibility to check if there is a rent balance due. All rent balances are due by the 5th of each month. After the 5th a $25 late fee is accessed. If 30 days has passed with an unpaid balance contracts may be deemed void and items will be boxed and stored and will be surrendered once balance is paid.

COMMISSION

Inspirations of Old charges its vendors 10% of all sales and/or services.  There is a 3% charge for purchases made by credit card. All commissions & statements of sales will be paid by the 7^st of the month. All sales tax is paid through Inspirations of Old.

Inspirations of Old offers a consignment option at the discretion of Inspirations of Old.  There will be a 30% charge on all consignment items.  Consignment items will be consigned for a period of 90 days.  After 90 days, the item will need to be removed from Inspirations of Old.
