Check Out Our Newest Vendor....So Talented!!!!

I just can't wait until we open so everyone can see all of the adorable things Teresa has made.  She is one talented lady!!  Everything she makes is "one of a kind".  Here is a peek...

This is my favorite!  I love the push pins she created!!

A box for treats and a hook for leash...makes for a happy pooch!!

The chair was missing the seat so she used an old quilt and wove it into a new one!

 For hairbands, bows and clips...adorable!

I just love this old piece of architectural salvage!

Coming Along

Everyone has been working so hard.  The construction crew framed in and installed double doors between the front and the garage.  Such a relief...I was so worried about the utility bill...having to air condition a garage when it is 108 degrees outside.  I feel so blessed to have Dewayne, Tyler and my friends who know how much opening this shop means to me, who are helping, praying and cheering me on.  God is good!!!

Just have to paint when they finish up...I love the old doors Dewayne picked up at Habitat

Tyler, bless his heart...removed the ugly fish border and all the glue from the women's bathroom.

He has helped me so much!!!

Sneak Peek

Here is a peek at a few of the vintage things that have already been brought in.  It is just crazy that we have only had the keys for just over a week.  So much to be done and yet everything seems to be falling into place already.  God is good!!  I love that I live in a community where there are so many talented and passionate people and now I will get to be inspired by them every day...I'm still pinching myself!

Working Hard!!!

I'm so proud, these guys have been working so hard!!!  There were four mirrors that had to be removed from it's former gym days.

Sanding, Sanding and more sanding to get all of the glue off.  I think he like the power tools though!!

Ok, there is just some of the mirror.  Believe it or not, they did finish and I did get it painted but I was so tired I forgot to take a picture...
